In this workshop, we'll be exploring gentle, medicinal herbs for cleansing the system after a long winter, replenishing our energy and getting spring ready.
We'll be learning about safe and simple herbs from which everyone will custom formulate both their own medicinal tea and body scrub. The tea will be formulated to support the liver, adrenals and digestive systems. The body scrub will be made with powered herbs, sugar (or salt) and rich organic oils to help slough off those shedding toxins and get your dry winter skin spring ready!
This workshop is fun, educational and hands on!
Herbalism begins at home. It begins with these wild and wonderful medicines that support and nourish our bodies through times of stress, illness or seasonal change. Simple teas and body scrubs are more powerful than one might think!
