This is a warming, all purpose salve for aching joints, cold feet and hands and for for dandruffy beards! I made this with beards in mind but all the botanicals included are warming and anti-fungal and lend themselves well to aching joints and those who run cold.

BOTANICAL BENEFITS

Cedar is anti-septic, anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, eases muscle cramping and aids in boosting immune function. 

Spruce is anti-inflammatory and used for muscle and nerve pain, and arthritis.

Pine is anti-inflammatory, anti-fungal, eases fatigue and is used in the treatment of cuts and skin irritations. 

Juniper is antibacterial, anti-fungal and smells amazing 

Clove is warming, stimulating, anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial 

Cinnamon is also warming, stimulating and anti-microbial

USAGE

Rub into aching joints or cold feet, or rub into the base of your beard. Use as needed.
