The towering Scots Pine, with its twisting trunk and red tinged bark holds us as we collapse into her. Cedar, pine and spruce all grow around me and these smells become a familiar and comforting presence in the colder months.

Lovingly gathered and dried, finely chopped and blended with salts with a forest bath made of dreams. If you can't lay nude on the forest floor, this is the next best thing.

BOTANICALS

Scots Pine eases fatigue and soothes brokenness. It can ease upper respiratory congestion with its resins, tannins and volatile oils, opening and soothing irritated passageways.  It's also used in the treatment of cuts and skin irritations. 

Cedar has many similar effects as pine, being anti-inflammatory, anti-spasmodic and anti-fungal. It's also said to be purifying energetically. 

Oats are soothing and moistening for the skin.

Combined with Dead Sea salts and the soothing effects of baking soda.

USAGE

Pour 1/4 - 1/2 cup of salts in a lovely bath and soak. Get whisked away to long forest paths while you breath in the deep scent of the woods.
