Get the Glow
Dry Brushing is wonderful practice for both the physical and emotional bodies. It sloughs off dead skin cells, increases circulation and stimulates the skin for a renewed glow. Dry brushing the body is also an incredible tool for engaging the rest and digest state of the Nervous System and calming anxiety, a racing mind and a fidgeting body.
Ideally used before a shower, sauna or bath, but effective any time! I use them when I'm overwhelmed and need a moment for self care and calm. I also love following this practice up with a body oiling.
How do we use it? Gently sweet the body brush in circular or long sweeping motions towards the heart. This is ideal for both circulation and lymphatic drainage.
