Join me on Saturday, May 20h from 10am-1pm for a unique opportunity to assist in identifying and mapping medicinal herbs on a large property in Grey Highlands. We'll walk the property together where we'll look for both native and non-native species, estimate size and health of each 'patch', collect specimens and discuss benefits of each.
If you're looking to do an extensive herb walk and get to know the plants growing in our area, this is the event for you. We'll go deep on best practices for identification and harvesting. This property is vast and the owners want a full catalogue of what's growing there, giving us a great opportunity to explore deeply.
Bring a packed lunch, sun hat, garden gloves and plenty of water. You're welcome to collect your own samples so bring a basket or backpack with several zip lock bags or pieces of paper and pens along with a notebook.
Limited to 6 people
*Workshops are non refundable but totally transferable.
