I'm not sure about you, but I LOVE cardamom. I put it in just about everything.. especially pulla bread, or a dash in my coffee (when I drank coffee). A couple of days later when my blueberries were fully dehydrated and powdered, I mixed them into raw honey, added a liberal dose of cardamom and giddily stirred and folded it all together. I'm so excited to share this one with you :)
These Electuaries, or herbed honeys, are a delicious and easy way to get the all the benefits of herbs! They are packed with freshly cured and powdered herbs, mostly from our garden along with local, unpasteurized honey. Electuaries don't need to be strained but rather left to develop body and flavour the longer they sit and are used by the spoonful.
Blueberries are high in anti-oxidants, can help heart health, bone strength, skin health, blood pressure, and mental health.
Cardamom may lower blood pressure, helps with digestion, fights viruses and aids in easing inflammation.
Raw Honey is high in anti-oxidants, anti-bacterial and anti fungal, soothes sore throats and is loaded with phytonutrients.
Add a tsp to a cup of hot water, tea, milk or milk alternative. Alternatively, take it straight or on a piece of bread :)
