Fire It Up!
4oz . 120ml
My hands smell of garlic, onion and horseradish. The studio is ripe with apple cider vinegar and the pressings of several infusions!
The FIRE CIDER is coming...
I can't help but bring home Fire Cider from other makers when I come across them. Trying their blends, their pungency, their spice or sweetness. Some are true to the name and are full of bite, leaving me shuttering while others are pleasantly tart and sweet while warming to the body from the inside out.
Fire Cider was first crafted and named by Rosemary Gladstar in the 80's during a workshop. They combined several powerfully antiviral and flavourful herbs with the intention of stimulating the immune system... and Fire Cider was born! Since then, the formula has grown with each hand who crafts it but the base remains fairly consistent... horseradish, garlic, onion, ginger and cayenne infused in honey and apple cider vinegar. Some add orange or lemon while others add cinnamon and clove or rosemary and sage.
This blend is less spicy with the addition of fresh squeezed orange and juiced pomegranate.
